We manage and operate one of NASA's three tracking stations that provide continuous, two-way radio contact with spacecraft exploring our Solar System and beyond. Located at Tidbinbilla, just outside Australia's capital city, the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex is one of three Deep Space Network stations around the world.

The Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex visitors’ centre is currently closed to drop-in visitors, although it remains accessible for booked groups including travel clubs, social clubs and institutions.

Things to see and do at CDSCC

You'll find Moon rock and models, movies and more, just 45 minutes from the city of Canberra.

Opening hours and location

The visitors' centre at CDSCC is temporarily closed to drop-in visitors. We are currently exploring options to reopen the centre to the general public.
